Return Policy – Eloura Candle
At Eloura Candle, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect and pack every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unburned, and in its original packaging.
Customized or made-to-order candles are not eligible for return.
Return Process
Email us at support@elouracandle.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number along with clear images or videos of the damaged/incorrect product.
Our team will review your request and notify you within 2 business days.
Once approved, the return or replacement will be initiated.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Important Notes
Eloura Candle reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
Slight variations in color, fragrance, or texture are natural in handcrafted candles and do not qualify as defects.
